Healthy Snacks for Kid’s Lunches
You only have to play with some ingredients to make a great lunch for your kid. We have listed some of the healthy snack ideas for school you can give your child to lunch for school.


1. Peanut Butter and Apple Sandwiches
Sandwiches are the best healthy snacks for kids lunches. Take an apple, peel it, and shred it. Add a drop of lemon on it to keep it from browning. Then take a slice of bread, spread some peanut butter on it. After that, put some shredded apple on the slice. Put another slice on top of it. Your sandwich is ready.

2. Cheese Pasta
Cook pasta until it is soft and add peas in it. Then, cook it for another 3 minutes. Drain the water . Put pasta and pees in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, ricotta, olive oil, chopped parsley in the bowl. In the end, add shredded mozzarella and cheddar on it. Microwave it for 30 sec. A healthy snack for school is ready.

3. Veggie Sandwich
Veggies during lunchtime are important for your child to grow. Take pita bread, spread hummus on it, and add some veggies that your children like. Wrap the sandwich and wrap it again on butter paper, so that your child can eat it easily. 

4. Muffins
Muffins are best as healthy snacks for school. To make muffins, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Take a bowl and add all-purpose flour, cinnamon, whole-wheat flour, baking soda, and salt. Take another bowl and add egg, oil, sugar, and vanilla essence to it.  Add wet ingredients to the flour mixture. Then, pour some chocolate chips in it. Mix all the mixture and transfer the batter into a muffin baking tray. Bake it, check the muffin with I toothpick.  Your muffin is ready if the toothpick comes out clean.

5. Boiled Eggs
Eggs are a source of protein and chlorine. Hard-boiled eggs are one of the best healthy snacks for kid’s lunches. Boil eggs until it is hard. Then, peel them and sprinkle some salt and pepper.  Eggs help in brain development for your child. The chlorine in eggs is important for the nervous system and muscles function.

6. Waffle Sandwich
It is quite easy to make a tasty waffle sandwich. Start by taking a bowl, add ricotta, vanilla, and mint in the bowl. Take whole grain waffle and put some maple syrup on it. Spread ricotta mixture on one waffle. Put some strawberries on it. Cover the waffle with another.  Now, your waffle sandwich is ready. Make sure to purchase whole grain waffles because they’re healthier.

7. Salad
Salads are the healthiest dishes on this planet. If your kid loves salad, you can try this one for lunch. Take a small plastic covered container. Combine grape tomatoes, cheese, cucumber, lettuce, boiled ham, and roasted turkey in the plastic container. You can add some dressings in it as per your child’s taste, such as Russian dressing.

8. White Sauce Chicken Sandwich
If you have white sauce at home, you can experiment with it to prepare a great lunchtime snack. You can use it in pasta or in a sandwich. Boil chicken breast and slice it. Then, put it in a bowl and add some salt and pepper to it. Combine all the ingredients gently using your hands. Take pita bread and spread white sauce on it. Next, put some chicken slices on it. Finally, wrap the pita. Your chicken sandwich is ready for lunch. 

9. White Sauce Pasta
Boil pasta for few minutes until it gets soft. Drain the water and add the pasta to a bowl. Add some chicken cubes to it. Add white sauce and a pinch of pepper to it. Combine all the ingredients.
